TERMS & CONDITIONS
School Cashback must be registered and claimed on the Canon School Program (sales-promotions.com) website within 90 days of purchase.
Canon South Africa strives to always provide the best quality products and services to satisfy our customer’s needs, whilst working to harmonize environmental commitment and economic interests in all our business activities. We believe this balance is essential to sustain prosperity for future generations as entrenched in our corporate philosophy of KYOSEI (working together for the common good).
In line with that, Canon South Africa has embarked on a nationwide initiative aimed at assisting the educational sector with the initial cost associated with their printing needs.
To be eligible for this discount, we simply require
• That the school be fully and lawfully registered with a recognized educational body or authority as an official learning institute of South Africa.
• Act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stipulated below:
1. Qualifying products are:
a. All Canon MAXIFY models,
b. All Canon G-Series models, and /or
c. All Canon i-SENSYS models.
2. Promotion period is 01 March 2022 – 30 June 2023.
3. All qualifying products must be purchased and used within the borders of South Africa.
4. Qualifying products must be purchased from an authorized Canon re-seller.
NB: Distributors, retailers and dealers are excluded from the Offer and are not eligible to claim on behalf of their customers.
5. A maximum of 4 qualifying products can be claimed per school in the promotional period.
6. Claims must be registered within 90 days of date of purchase to qualify for the initiative.
7. It is the Eligible Schools responsibility to complete and submit correct information to qualify for the initiative support.
8. All claims must be submitted with a valid registration certificate from a recognized educational body or authority of South Africa as well as proof of educational body banking details.
9. All claims should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
10. Cashback funds may only be paid into educational body bank account and not into a personal bank account.
11. Canon South Africa will deliver the cashback as stated in article 1. via Bank transfer, within 30 days of validation of your claim.
12. Neither the discount nor part thereof can be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
13. All claims must equally comply with the Terms and Conditions on the registration webpage.
